MEREDITH PYNE, LMSW, MBA

Always learning and deeply committed to her clients, Meredith brings a rare blend of professional insight and compassionate therapeutic expertise to her practice. Before transitioning into the field of mental health, she spent over a decade in high-pressure corporate roles, including investor relations and marketing at top hedge funds, and as Head of Strategy and Business Development for an innovative women’s healthcare company. Seeking deeper human connection and a more meaningful path, Meredith made the deliberate career shift into the field of mental health.

She earned her Master of Social Work from New York University and completed clinical training at NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester Behavioral Health Center’s in-patient personality disorders unit. Meredith also served in multiple roles at Silver Hill Psychiatric Hospital, including within the Residential Program and as a leader of specialized tracks in the Intensive Outpatient Program (IOP), focused on mood disorders and addiction.

As a Fairfield County native, Meredith understands the unique pressures and nuanced dynamics of the community she serves. Her therapeutic style is both warm and direct—providing a safe, non-judgmental space for clients to explore their challenges, gain insight, and grow.

Whether you are facing a life transition, navigating anxiety or depression, working through relationship issues, or simply seeking greater clarity and connection, Meredith brings care, clinical depth, and a collaborative spirit to the work of healing and self-discovery.
