We are an out-of-network provider and do not take insurance. However, we will provide a monthly super bill for our clients to submit to insurance for reimbursement.

In order to determine if you are eligible for therapy reimbursement when you speak to your insurance provider, here are some helpful questions:

• Do I have out of network benefits?

• If so, what is my out of network deductible?

• Once I have met that deductible, what percentage will insurance reimburse me for?

• How much will I be reimbursed for a 45 minute psychotherapy session (CPT code: 90834)?

• How do I submit “super-bills” for reimbursement?

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment and you have not notified us at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
