Individual therapy
We will begin with an intake session (60 mins) where we get to get know one another and determine your therapy goals and a plan for treatment. Whether you are dealing with specific challenges or seeking deeper self-understanding, I am committed to helping you navigate your path and overcome challenges that may have felt too overwhelming to handle alone.
couples therapy
I use an attachment-based model - Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) - for couples therapy. EFT helps couples identify negative patterns in their relationship. Based on the principles of Attachment Theory, EFT recognizes the human need for emotional connection and secure bonds. Couples learn how to communicate and respond to one another in a more loving way, creating a meaningful experience of closeness and lasting change.
group therapy
Therapy groups offer a supportive and dynamic space for participants to enhance their well-being, build resilience and connect with others facing similar challenges. Through techniques such as psychodrama, guided discussions, and experiential exercises, participants will have the opportunity to process emotions, gain new insights, and develop practical skills for managing stress, reducing anxiety and other target obstacles.
